Detached from the other properties, Sunflower Lodge is made of local stone and has been converted from an 18th century shepherd’s cottage. The lodge is full of charm with the added benefit of all modern facilities including gas central heating, and its own private courtyard garden and covered terrace.

Ground floor:

  • Kitchen – fully fitted with exposed beams.
  • Lounge - boasting a stained glass window, exposed stone walls and original fireplace. CD/hi-fi system, colour TV for French channels and DVD player are also provided.
  • Dining Room – with art gallery featuring many original pieces of work and overlooking the terrace.
  • Bath with shower, hand basin, toilet, heated towel rail and hairdryer.

A rustic timbered staircase leads up to the former hayloft. Now converted to the mezzanine level:

  • Bedroom 1 - impressive double bedroom providing pretty views over the landscaped gardens.
  • Bedroom 2 - twin bedded room with views across the village, suitable for young people.

Outside:

  • A private, covered terrace with garden furniture for enjoying eating ‘al fresco' along with your own courtyard walled garden.

Heating:

  • Gas central heating throughout the cottage with original fire place in the lounge.
