• Large kitchen/breakfast room – fully equipped with log burning stove
• Shower room with hand basin, toilet, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
• Cloakroom with hand basin and toilet.
• Elegant 27' lounge/dining room with the original Charentais fireplace, formal dining area, and cosy sofas with hi-fi and colour TV for DVD/video playback only. French doors lead out into a garden of lilac trees, roses and irises for relaxing and dining ‘al fresco'.
